If someone asks you what you want in life you say happiness but when asked how? then you say through the money, through the big house through the family. But you are not sure they all get you permanent happiness because when you have the money you can be happy for a moment may be for a day or month, and after completing the one month of money your mind demands another thing for getting happiness, maybe it demands a big house and after purchasing a big house you will be happy for month or year but after completing a year your mind demands another thing and the matter of demand goes forever and you always wander for finding the happiness. If you understand material things can not give you happiness then you can move towards another way of happiness. But it is very difficult to understand it, so most people in the world are looking for happiness and even sometimes they exploit others for making their wishes but are unable to achieve permanent happiness. Here I am telling you the real ways of being happy forever
When your mind demands happiness then you think some material things give you pleasure or happiness but you become fail. You may have noticed that spiritual gurus are happier than others because they know the right path to getting permanent happiness. I am explaining the ways to become happy forever
1- Chant hare krishna maha mantra – If you chant hare Krishna hare Krishna Krishna Krishna hare hare, hare ram hare ram ram ram hare . you become happy and if you need permanent happiness you can chant it throughout the day using mouth or mind. because when you chant this mantra your mind becomes pure and pure mind is the key to success and happiness.
2- Take Satvic Food- Always offer food to Lord Krishna or Ram before having it. Prasad (food offered to Krishna ) becomes divine and if you daily have prasadam your mind become free from all the unwanted thought and wishes and you will get happiness.
