What is a love breakup?

Break-up word is very popular among the youth, but they misinterpret, some says my heart is broken, some says  I have been cheated by girl/boys.

Here I am telling you the real meaning of this breakup, and ways to overcome this nonsense issue.

1-love break up is not a breakup, it’s a psychological issue-

When your mind thinks about anyone repeatedly or meets with anyone regularly, it makes many wishes and fulfills desires, and after doing so repeatedly your mind becomes addicted to that person. And one day when your benevolent leaves you, your mind demands to meet with that person to fulfill the desire.

2- When your mind is conditioned for a particular habit or particular person, then you should make a determination to change yourself for the aim of life, you should continuously be involved in the learning of new things until your mind is filled with the new matters and issue. once your mind fills with new information and new habits, your old memories would not be able to affect you.

2-Meditate daily – Meditation is a very powerful tool to release the past memory that makes you uncomfortable. Mantra meditation is the best technique to release unwanted thoughts, you should  chant loudly and hear hare Krishna maha-mantra ”hare Krishna hare Krishna Krishna Krishna hare hare hare, hare ram hare ram ram ram hare hare”

3- Pranayam (Deep breathing ) –Breathing exercise (taking a deep breath and exhaling slowly) will relax your mind and controls breathing. If you do pranayam on daily basis, it will release stress and give you peace.

4- listening to music –Music is a very popular and powerful tool to make yourself happy. Listening ram name (bhajan), is good to release stress and unwanted thoughts. Ram’s name has the power to destroy all worries.
