Stress Relief Tips!

If you will find the cause of Stress, you will come to know the unwanted thought of mind is the reason of stress, but people could not understand because when their mind get hanged how they can know. Here I will discuss some reasons of stress and anxiety and the solution for stress.

Reason of stress

  1. Thought to control the things or situation
  2. Thought to achieve more but feeling weaker
  3. Thinking of someone’s mistake
  4. Backbiting
  5. Watching more crime shows and obscene video
  6. Playing violent game
  7. Doing violence
  8. Eating non-veg or extreme spicy food .
  9. Eating and Sleeping very late night
  10. Awakening after rising the sun.
  11. Intoxication
  12. More Wishes

These are the reason of stress, you can add more reason such as loss of Property, Disputes, Relationship breakup etc. People can reduce their stress if they quit bad habits which I above mentioned. After knowing the cause of stress/anxiety/ depression you are very much curios to know the way to relief stress. Consider the following things for stress management

  1. Meditate regularly
  2. Take care of your digestion
  3. Do not talk unnecessarily
  4. Awake before rising the sun
  5. Do not watch Porn or other crime scenes.
  6. Do not spend more time unnecessarily with your mobile or computer screen
  7. Listen Bhajans every morning & before going to sleep
  8. Stop backbiting
  9. Quit alcohol & intoxication
  10. Do not eat nonveg
  11. Do Pranayam Daily
  12. Do Sury Namaskar
  13. Chant Hari Name Loudly or you can do Kiran for 30 minutes   
  14. Listen Bhagwat Katha or Ram Katha Everyday
  15. Chant hari name for 10 minutes before going to bed and after awaking.
  16. Read Scriptures like Bhagwad Geeta, Ramcharit Manas Regularly.

If you follow these tips for releasing stress you can definitely will get relief from anxiety, Stress and Depression.
