If you really get stuck in life, you may have seen more failures, relationship ends, and wander for the solutions on how to get rid of it. Say to yourself it’s outer damages, not inner

If something happens to you, your mind always says something is damaged, but you have to make your mind understand that damage always happens on the outside; it only affects the inside when we think more about it. If you succeed in making your mind understand your half of the problems is solved.

Accept the truth of life

The truth of life is to die or destroy; nothing is permanent whether it is money, success or life. You might remember people dies in war, accident, get failed in relationship or career. So you have to accept the ups and downs of life, do not cry for it nor think too much of it. If you are facing difficulties, struggling, do not consider it as a big challenge, it is a process to reach the destination and achieve success. For example suppose you are in India and want to visit the USA then you have to get a VISA and ticket to go there, meanwhile you take a help of taxi, train, buses, Airplane to reach there, here you can say it’s struggle but it’s not struggle it’s a process to go there. So accept every struggle as a part of journey.

Break the problems into pieces and solve it.

Whenever you go to attend the birthday party of your friends, you generally see the big cake which will have to cut into pieces to serve everyone, because its very complicated to eat one big cake, you need to cut it. In life whenever you face big problem then you should write a problem into step and solve it one by one. For example when you arrange a party first you make a list whatever you are going to do then you do it step by step. Try to solve your problem in that ways.

Keep good Companion

You may have heard one good friend can make your life’s journey easy. Connect with the people who stay motivated towards the goals and wants to achieve something bigger in life. Their support gives you high energy and motivation that will push up you towards your goal.

Meditate

You know most of the people’s mind is puzzled due to overload of wok, unnecessary thought and listening. Meditation will awake your inner energies which has lost into over thinking and not let you do any good things. Good music relaxes your mind and you can keep yourself calm and motivated, we always do action by listening, so listening music is very powerful way to calm your mind.

We have heard from the wiser Word is Brhma (God), we should use the words which are right and good for us, that get you motivated also. For example you have a task that is very difficult and you say I can’t do this, it’s very hard. Here you can say it’s very hard but I will learn to complete it and definitely I can do.  These words look similar but both gives different effects on our mind.
